Night Swimming – ‘Poison Berry’

Bath’s dream poppers Night Swimming have shared ‘Poison Berry’ ahead of the release of new EP ‘Melting, Sometimes Bleeding’ via Venn Records on 22 May, 2026.

Produced by Peter Miles (Orla Gartland, Nina Nesbitt) and mastered by Simon Scott of Slowdive, the sound is very much in the shoegaze scene, but with extra hypnotic, psych-tinged tendencies as Meg Jones thinks back on her experiences with men – and the kind of heartbreaking dynamics she can be drawn to: ‘Another man who lives for the blues and part of me that likes feeling used’; ‘I seek out remoteness like a familiar ache’.
