Rosa Walton, one half of Let’s Eat Grandma, has shared ‘Sorry Anyway’ ahead of the release of debut solo album ‘Tell Me It’s a Dream’ on 5 June, 2026. Rosa says the song is ‘About doing your own thing, embracing who you are, and not caring about fitting into boxes, and also trying to inspire others to have this attitude’.

Opening in subtle fashion, it’s not long before the loose and vibrant pop hooks come driving in. Rosa repeats the words ‘sorry anyway’ over chiming synth sounds before pondering how ‘maybe I drive you insane’ and pleading for their loved ones to stop being perfect. Instantly appealing and full of zest, it falls somewhere between Paramore and Frankie Cosmos, with a mischievous touch running through: ‘You got me a book but I’m never gonna read it’.
