Bright Eyes – ‘Bells and Whistles’

Bright Eyes have shared ‘Bells and Whistles’ ahead of the release of their tenth studio album ‘Five Dice, All Threes’ on 20 September via Dead Oceans.

With its whistling, stomp-along intro, ‘Bells and Whistles’ is a jaunty song that celebrates the little details in life that can form your destiny. From not feeling well and reluctantly doing meet and greets to the ‘field of dreams, u-turns and limousines’, Conor Oberst touches upon all kinds of life experiences as he narrates in troubadour style – throwing in references to Princess Diana and the New York Mets for good measure.
