Chicago-based Clearance have signed to the ever-reliable Topshelf Records and streamed ‘Had a Fantastic’; a 90-second song that will appear on their forthcoming second album ‘At Your Leisure’ (released on 27 July and available to pre-order here).

Combining the slacker pop hooks of Pavement with the emo stylings of Braid, the song finds Mike Bellis delivering lyrics about dreaming about the coast line and how he’s been waiting for something (or someone) ‘all summer long and I can’t look away’.
