The Charlatans have returned with ‘We Are Love’, the title track from their fourteenth studio album, out on 31 October via BMG.

Described by frontman Tim Burgess as ‘like an open-top car ride in the credits of your favourite movie, driving along the coast to somewhere amazing’, the instantly infectious track finds the band in celebratory mood from the get-go. There’s an optimistic tone in both the groove and the way Tim declares: ‘This is the place, these are the things’.
