Vegas Water Taxi, the new-ish project from Lazarus Kane’s Ben Hambro, has shared ‘Chateau Photo’ ahead of the release of new EP ‘Long Time Caller’ (out on 25 October via PNKSLM Records).

Opening with a declaration that all his friends are getting sober, the break-up anthem finds Ben trying to negotiate newly single life with the video finding him walking through a house party with disastrous results. The song’s alt-country feel flits somewhere between Wilco and MJ Lenderman, while the witty wordplay – ‘She left me for a guy who’s working in PR, he’s putting out a press release but I’m crying in the bar’ – has a touch of Eddie Argos with its instant introverted relatability.
