cheerbleederz have shared ‘i deserved better’ ahead of the release of their ‘prove me wrong’ EP via Alcopop! Records on 5 September, 2025.

The band say the song is about knowing your self-worth and realising when you’re in a rut, combining Primitives hooks, Los Camp-style heartbreak and self-awareness (‘I feel so lonely all the time’) and an instantly hummable, perfectly pitched chorus of ‘ba, bada, baas’.
