Keaton Henson has shared his very own stop-motion video for new song ‘Insomnia’ ahead of the release of upcoming ninth album ‘Parader’ via Play It Again Sam on 21 November, 2025.

Swapping the more introspective ‘quiet boy’ sound that has served him so well in the past for something with a bit more crunch, ‘Insomnia’ finds the guitars turned up with Ben Kweller-esque slacker pop hooks at the forefront – although insecurities still ring true: ‘I don’t know why I treat these demons like my friends’.
