Pip Hall – ‘So Easy’

Pip Hall has wowed crowds over in the States with performances in New York and at SXSW and now the Preston singer-songwriter has shared new single ‘So Easy’. Written, recorded and produced by Pip herself, the song has an atmospheric ’80s-inspired opening as she sings about being wronged in the past and how she is now happy to be moving on: ‘My heart is on the mend. If I could travel back in time I’d try it all again’.

Guitars with a country pop twang (think Kacey Musgraves guesting on a Big Thief single) come in as Pip remains defiant and determined to enjoy her new freedom: ‘Nothing can take this away from me, because I know this was all meant to be’.
