Good Good Blood – ‘Flowers Bloom’

Good Good Blood Flowers Bloom

Spectral Nights favourites Good Good Blood have shared ‘Flowers Bloom’ ahead of the release of new album ‘At Your Mercy’ on 24 January (pre-order here).

It’s three and a half minutes of evocative sadness that opens with a burst of Bill Ryder-Jones-style introspection before James Smith’s echoed and layered vocals start pining for something new: ‘All I will know will slowly go, disappear’. James repeats the title of the track with increasing poignancy before it veers to a conclusion drenched in feedback and genteel piano.
