POSTDATA, Wintersleep frontperson Paul Murphy’s side-project, have shared new single ‘Nobody Knows’ ahead of the release of new album ‘Twin Flames’ via Paper Bag Records on 5 March. Produced by Ali Chant (Portishead, PJ Harvey), the alt-folk song reminded us of Frightened Rabbit’s ‘Old Old Fashioned’ with its bouncing and nostalgic melodies and chanted vocals of ‘Not Good’ as Paul talks about being a natural pessimist and how the constant way of presenting your best self can be detrimental and increase anxiety levels: ‘I’m not good when the party’s packed. I’m not good when there’s nobody left. I’m not good when I’m all by myself, I fear for my health’.
