Dexy has shared the video for new single ‘I Don’t Think I Turned Out Right’ ahead of the release of new album ‘Sleeping Through Summer’ on 28 January, 2022. Filling the gap between Cheap Trick and Fountains of Wayne, the new single is ‘About never feeling like you found your way, or managed to fit into a mould, but maybe that’s the best way to be’ (amen to that) and is full of infectiously woozy power-pop hooks, bar-room blasts of piano and defiant vocals that find Dexy celebrating taking your own path in life.
