Chalk have follows up their ‘Best Live Act’ victory at the Northern Irish Music Prize with the release of new song ‘The Gate’ via Nice Swan Records.

Already a favourite with the indie press and 6 Music, this new track – produced by Chris Ryan – is a deliciously noisy and pulsating piece that marries relentless electro beats with a post-punk edge that demands your attention. There’s a groove in the mix as the band declare ‘I wish you well’ and the song builds and builds and then stutters into an on-point faltering finish.
