Los Angeles band Jawdropped have shared new single ‘Monday’ and announced they’ve signed to Transgressive Records/Canvasback. Regarding the subject matter of the song, the band say: ”Monday’ is about treading the waters of anticipation, but deciding to face your feelings head on. The truth will set you free, even if it’s just the Sunday scaries.’

The band have already supported Bully, Real Estate and Momma and this potent slice of power pop fits perfectly alongside all of them with its breezy blend of hooks you’ll be humming for days and playful dual vocal interplay: ‘You and your decisions’, ‘Me and my mistakes’ followed up with the defiant ‘We’ve got time to change it if you just say it to my face’.
