Eades, a quintet from Leeds featuring members of Far Caspian, have shared their new single ‘Same Guy’. Opening with an enticing guitar hook and vigorous bass line, the song takes inspiration from New Wave and intelligent pop acts like Talking Heads – although with the same penchant for melody that serves The Orielles and Whitney so well.

A coming-of-age tune about ‘the realisation that eventually we’re all going to grow old, becoming either our parents, or the oldies we might think are ‘uncool”, the song’s potent toe-tapping riffs were actually inspired by Bollywood music.
