Los Angeles-based indie rockers Massage have shared new single ‘Half a Feeling’ ahead of the release of new album ‘Still Life’ via Mt. St. Mtn on 25 June. With its tender tones, Ronettes-esque drums and bittersweet observations about love (‘You thought I was different but you were wrong, we’re like the lyric of a country song, you would batten your lashes and scatter my ashes’), the song veers between sweeping jangly melodies and the more drenched-in-feedback-led stylings of The Jesus and Mary Chain.
