Blood Red Shoes have made a welcome return with the thunderous new single ‘A Little Love’. Regarding the themes of the song, the duo said: ‘Because like the rest of the planet, we are hooked on murder podcasts and Netflix docs about serial killers and psychopaths and love thinking about mindset of the entitled stalker who is convinced a person loves and needs them, when that person does’t even know who they are. This is also the second song in our band’s history to feature a can of hairspray as an instrument.’

While Laura-Mary Carter shreds away filthy, grungey riffs on the guitar (wait for that solo at the end!) and talks about chasing shadows and tells the subject ‘you can blame it on Cupid’s arrow’, Steven Ansell takes over the lead vocals to declare ‘A little love won’t hurt you’ in stomping, glam rock fashion.
