Strange Bones – one of the UK’s most exciting bands – have shared the video for ‘Deathwish’ ahead of the release of debut album ‘England Screams’ on 20 August. Described as ‘an apocalyptic anthem’, frontman Bobby Bentham says ”Deathwish’ is about feeling trapped by your surroundings and understanding the restraints that we have are put in place by nobody but ourselves’.

Filmed in their hometown of Blackpool, the video finds the Undead rising – and they’re hungry – while the band deliver a potent, powerful mix of ear-piercing riffs, Earth-shattering electronica and impassioned screams. Think The Armed jamming with Enter Shikari. There are words about how the summer is falling down, sitting in the back of a government limousine and how there’s no way out. It’s a fitting soundtrack to uncertain times…
